he emphasis on men’s overall health has become more of a discussion and less of a commodity or something to feel shameful about, as time and events have unwrapped the benefits of exercise, diet, meditation, grooming, and professional help.

However, these discussions can feel overwhelming given the abundance of resources for those who can afford them and the lack of resources for those who can’t. If it be our own health or that of a man we love, we took the time to sit with some real, beautifully vulnerable, strong men- who gave us anecdotes, ideas and advice on actions to improve and support men’s health.

Whether that be creating a physical space just for the man, carving out a routine for exercise and nutrition, saving to afford the right tech gadgets for health monitoring, seeking out the right mental health professional, or building a community around your health needs- we covered it all!

We truly appreciate our men and we see how hard you work as husbands, fathers, sons, uncles, nephews, mentors, coaches, friends, and leaders.
